“Stagionello Academy”

Custodire il valore della tradizione è possibile trasmettendone l’importanza alle generazioni future. È questo il nobile intento che ha dato vita alla collaborazione fra #Stagionello® e #ipseoaTorCarbone di Roma: un progetto strutturato assieme a @felicesantodonato, chef, formatore e docente del prestigioso liceo, costantemente impegnato in progetti internazionali di sostenibilità gastronomica, che oggi, assieme ad @all_cuomo, danno vita ad una nuova Stagionello® Academy proprio all’interno dello storico istituto. Un ambiente completamente dedicato alla formazione e all’alta tecnologia del #CuomoMethod®, dove riscoprire l’arte delle produzioni artigianali in chiave naturalmente innovativa.
Per garantire tutto questo, Felice Santodonato e il suo collega @stefanosantorelli ci hanno raggiunti alla Stagionello Academy di #Crotone per apprendere tutti i segreti del Cuomo Method® da trasmettere presto ai futuri professionisti del food.

🇬🇧 Preserving the value of tradition by transferring its knowledgeable importance to future generations. This is the noble intent behind the collaboration between #Stagionello® and the #TorCarboneHospitalityInstitute of #Rome: a project structured together with Chef #FeliceSantodonato also lecturer and teacher at the prestigious School for Secondary Education in Gastronomic Learning, constantly involved in international projects of gastronomic sustainability, and who today, together with #AlessandroCuomo, create a new #StagionelloAcademy right inside the historical institute. An environment completely dedicated to advanced learning and training the patented applied technology of the #CuomoMethod®, where the art of artisanal productions can be rediscovered through a naturally innovative path.
For this initiative, Felice Santodonato and his colleague #StefanoSantorelli joined us at the Stagionello® Academy in #Crotone to learn all the secrets behind the Cuomo Method®, ensuring the information be readily conveyed to future food professionals.
